A Handtribe member is required to submit their email address during registration, upon which they can create a user account to avail of our services.

Furthermore to register as a seller, we need additional information, namely the shop name, billing data (billing address, bank account number, credit/debit card information), proof of identification and a telephone number. Handtribe may contact sellers for additional information about their shop and/or listed items to ensure compliance with our product policies.

Handtribe automatically receives your information when you access our website such as your IP address, URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Website or not), and your computer browser information. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users.
