Products that are mass produced and do not match our Handmade, Digital or Vintage Policy cannot be sold on handtribe.com. Furthermore, some products cannot be listed due to their violation of legal and regulatory permissions.

You can start selling your products by registering as a seller here. To start the process, please ensure you have - 1) Your business name,address and contact information 2) A PAN number registered to the Seller name 3) Your bank account details 4) A valid phone number where you can be reached ensuring the registration.

Yes! By using Handtribe's Logistics Services you can start selling all across India. While you still handle the packaging of your product, once you mark an order as Ready to Ship, our logistics partner starts the process of procuring the product from you to handing it over to the Buyer.

Handtribe charges no listings and monthly subscriptions fee on your store. This means that you can start selling on Handtribe absolutely for free. We charge a 15% commission + Service Tax on the marked down price of your products, only at the time of the Sale.

You can login as a Seller and use our Seller Dashboard to handle all your shop errands, right from creating adding products to fulfilling your orders

Handtribe notifies you by sending you a notification via email and a text message to your registered mobile number, so that you never miss a sale!

You can mail us at support@handtribe.com with your issue, including your Product Category and Catalogue Size. According to your catalogue size, we’ll help you with the necessary procedure for bringing your catalogue online.

You will receive your earnings at your registered Bank Account at the first Friday of every month. Payments are processed in your favor after the Buyer gets a 7 day period to raise a dispute against an order.For instance, If the dispatch of your product takes 3 days, shipping 4 days and the buyer gets 7 days to raise a dispute. This is a total time period of about 14 days, or 2 weeks which means the payment for this order will be processed to you after these 14 days.

Our logistics partners provide insurance of upto Rs 10,000. Additionally, if you want, Handtribe allows for its sellers to handle their own shipping and logistics.
