Registering yourself as a Buyer at Handtribe is super simple. Just follow the steps outlined below to get started –

  1. Click on the Sign Up text that you can find at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Now, you can either choose Facebook, Google+ or your own email ID to create your Handtribe account.

And you’re done! Start exploring our website, we’re sure you’ll find something you like.

Forgotten your password? No need to panic as help is easy to get. Just head over to the Sign In tab at the top right corner of the screen and click on the Forgot Password button at the bottom of the pop up. 

You will then be asked for your registered Email Id to which we will forward you a Change password link.

Alternatively, you can also login via your Facebook and Google+ account as these options do not require you to create a seperate password for Handtribe.

We’re really sorry for this! If you’re transaction has been processed, then we have for sure received your order. However, please email us at help@handtribe.com to let us know f the situation and we will surely try to provide you with a complete confirmation form our end as well.

You can return a product at Handtribe by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the Returns section. Click on the button Return Item next to the Order that you wish to return and your request will be processed.

Please note that your request will not be processed under the following conditions – 

  1. Product is bought from the Personalized category or is Made to Order
  2. The Seller explicitly states that they do not entertain Return requests 
  3. The order has passed the 7 day window of time when the product can be Returned (this period starts from the day you receive your order)

This might happen in the following conditions – 

  1. The Seller does not accept Returns under their Shop policies
  2. The Product is Made to Order or from the Personalized category

 

However, as per Handtribe’s Buyer Protection, you can request for a Return if it falls under the following conditions – 

  1. When the product is received damaged by you
  2. When the wrong product has been sent to you (wrong colour, wrong size, wrong quantity)
  3. When the product received is not as per the image provided by the Selle. Please note that most products available on Handtribe are handcrafted hence there may be slight discrepancies between the product images and the actual product you receive. This ensures that you receive a truly unique product.

If this occurs, please feel free to Return your order by going to the Returns section in your account and clicking the Return Item button. We will make sure to send you the right product as soon as we can.

Yes you can! Follow the same procedure as above and we will make sure to email you the address to which you need to ship your product. The requested order with a size change will be shipped out as soon as the Seller receives their previous product and the product is deemed intact in quality.

In the case where a Return is approved due to a Seller’s policies or because it was received in a damaged condition, a wrong order was sent, or the product seemed different from its images, the shipping cost of the return is borne by the seller. However, if a return is requested by the buyer for a size or colour change, the shipping cost for sending the product to the Seller is borne by the Buyer.

At times, the returns policy may vary. To get the exact information, always refer to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion running at that time. That said, we always strive to keep our policies as flexible and customer friendly as possible.

Please don’t do that! If you are unhappy with your product, we request you to go to your dashboard and click Return Item in the Returns section to verify your request and make sure that it is in line with our Seller’s policies.

Personalized Products: No products under this category can be returned.

Made to Order products: Products that are made to order cannot be returned.


Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please email us at support@handtribe.com or call us at 022-26007799 for assistance.

Not at all! You do not need to return the whole order. Only the product that you do not wish to keep.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of the returned order reaching the Seller.

Once the returned product has been picked up and delivered to the Seller , you will be notified of the promised date of refund. Before this date, a refund should get initiated.

The amount paid for the product will be credited back to you as a separate coupon.

Yes! Cancellation is possible except under the following cases – 

  1. It is already over 24 hours since the order has been placed
  2. Product has already been shipped
  3. Product is Made to Order
  4. Product belongs to Personalized category

You can cancel your order by logging in to Handtribe with your User ID and Password. 

  1. Login to your Handtribe Account.
  2. Look to the top right corner of your screen.
  3. Click on My Orders.
  4. On the next page that pops up, you’ll be able to see details of all your orders.
  5. Locate the “Cancel” button and click on it.
  6. Voila! The order has been cancelled.

As soon as your order cancellation gets approved, you will receive your order amount within 5 – 7 business days.

Absolutely! Although we must add that cancellations are not a very happy thing for us.

Since Handtribe deals with handcrafted products, some of which are made to order or personalized, our dispatch time varies from product to product. We suggest you have a look at the Shipping tab of the product  of your choice to get an idea of how many days will be required for your product to be ready. Once dispatched, you product should take anything between 7 – 9 days to reach your location.

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time!

Alternatively, you can also login to handtribe.com and visit the “Track Your Order” section in your dashboard to track your order via the details provided.

Handtribe is a peer to peer marketplace, which means that all products are sold from different vendors. In case your order consists of products by the same vendor, you shall receive your products together. If there are multiple vendors involved, the products will be shipped as per the time taken by each vendor to prepare the product and dispatch it.

Please note that products sold on a Made to Order basis such as those under Personalized Category will be dispatched after a longer period of time. Please check the Shipping tab in your products details page to find out the exact time period.

We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available.

We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office – whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.

At Handtribe, we provide our Sellers with the freedom to select their own policies and payment methods that are acceptable to them. So, depending upon the vendors, your product may or may not be available via COD. Also, products under the Personalized Category are not available for Cash on Delivery. This is also the case for products that go above Rs. 5000 in value.

Not at the moment but we have bigs plans to expand our operations to include countries from all across the world.

At Handtribe, we strive to make each shopping experience outstanding and enriching. Hence, we partner with the best in the industry. We use the delivery services of Delhivery and Aramex. We will notify you the name of the partner delivering your order, in advance.

We’d love to hear from you! To make this process easy, we have designed a simple process to make that act of giving Ratings and Reviews for products painless and rewarding.

  1. Log in to your Handtribe account.
  2. Head to the top right corner of the page to open your account options. Click on My Orders.
  3. Here, you will be able to leave a Review for each product that you have bought by clicking on the Rate & Review tab located next to each order.

Yes you can! In this case, you will have to create an account at Handtribe or login to your existing one. Once that has been done, head over to the product you wish to leave a Review for, scroll down, and click on the Rate & Review button to leave your feedback. 

We understand how invaluable any extra information can be for our users and welcome user input for the same!

We’re sorry to hear that. Most of our products are painstakingly curated and thus often limited in quality, so there is a high possibility for products getting Sold Out real soon. But if you are interested in buying a specific product in the future, do not hesitate to email as at support@handtribe.com and we’ll make it a point to notify you if it comes back in stock.

At Handtribe, you are buying from a range of designers, artists and small businesses that are located all across the country. The shipping charges added to each product is dependant upon the Seller and their location, hence you will see separate shipping charges for each one of your products in cart.

No! All our prices are tax inclusive, so you won’t be charged any additional fees on your orders.

Unfortunately, we have a strict No Return, No Refund policy for products bought during a sales festival or promotional offer time period.

At Handtribe, we provide you with all kinds of payment options to make your checkout process faster, simpler and more straightforward. We accept everything, right from Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery as well payment wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik, OLA Money as well as Paypal.

Cash on Delivery as an option is not available as an option for all products on our website. This holds true for products that are bought from the Personalized category as well as products that are Made to Order.

Not at all! What you see is what you get, and in this case, your entire order total will be visible to you in your Cart page.

Unfortunately, at this point of time, we only accept INR for our payments.

At the moment, Handtribe doesn’t offer EMI option for payments.
